John Medders founded L&M BioTech in 2005. Under John’s leadership L&M BioTech has transitioned from being an exclusive US distributor of Swiss made instruments to providing sales and marketing consulting services to assist small and start up businesses in commercializing their new technologies and products.
The company has helped many businesses to grow and expand their sales opportunities through his leadership in identifying leads, direct sales, and establishing business relationships with key accounts, key opinion leaders, and management of all levels.
L&M BioTech’s latest development is a service, Empower Growth Solution, designed to take clients through a process to grow their sales. This growth solution is a combination of the knowledge, expertise, and experience that John has gained throughout his years of serving in a number of executive roles in General Management and Sales and Marketing.
John graduated from the Medical College of Georgia with a BS in Medical Technology and Georgia State with an MBA in Management. Over the years he has directed medical laboratories in hospitals, working in sales and marketing management, and then executive roles with a number of companies prior to opening his own business. He resides in Port St. Lucie, FL with his wife and Marsha. He enjoys traveling, sports, going to the beach, and reading.
